While fun to play because of the lack of resources and money the psionic requires, this is often a problem area for DMs.

Lend Health – You can heal someone fomplete giving them hit points on a 1 for 1 basis. Really, it all feels kind of tacked on. You also gain infravision. It’s debatable whether or not this goal is accomplished, because half of the powers in this chapter just function on their own without relation to your other abilities, and the ones that do modify your other powers usually cost an obscene number of PSPs to activate; my guess is that this was a way to discourage low level characters from taking powers that they wouldn’t even be able to activate, but trying to make these modifying abilities equivalent to the other powers just smacks of bad game design to me.

I commend them for not making it ‘just another magic’ but most powers were on the border of usesless, the psionic combat system is needlessly complicated and the wild talent rules allowed for too much abuse.
